Ordering Information

Orders placed online through the Access a Print website are received by our staff Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST. A confirmation email will be sent to you right after you complete the checkout process. If you do not receive this email, please contact us to confirm the order was finalized. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days. One additional processing day is required for orders placed after 5pm EST. Once your order ships, you can track your package by referring to the shipment confirmation email you will receive on the ship date or by checking the status from our website.

Each order is inspected for quality prior to going to production. During this time we will inspect your images and text for any possible issues or errors. If we notice something, we will reach out to you directly. If you would like to request additional proofing prior to going to production, please email us directly after you place your order. Please be reasonably confident in the images you’ve selected before placing an order by screening your images on your computer. Be sure to consider horizontal/vertical images compared to the orientation of the design sample, in addition to overall quality (i.e. clarity, resolution, exposure, etc.).

 

Access a Print Product Builder – Computer Requirements

 

Availability of the Access a Print Online Product Builder requires the use of Internet Explorer 9 or later, Firefox, Chrome or Safari with JavaScript enabled.

The Product Builder is intended for broadband Internet connections and requires no software downloads. If you experience technical issues, please double check the browser version you’re using. You may also wish to temporarily disable any stringent security software which may block certain JavaScript functions. Please feel free to contact us if you experience any unusual issues!

 

Getting your image(s) to us

 

For orders using our Product Builder, just upload your images while previewing your product. These images will be submitted to us automatically when you place your order. If you place your order without creating a preview, please refer to your confirmation email for photo upload instructions. Please note: There may be some slight color variations from what you see on your screen to the finished product due to monitor calibrations & color formats

Access a Print accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal.

 

Shipping Information

 

Orders enter the production queue as soon as your order is submitted. If you’ve opted to receive a digital proof for card, we’ll begin printing your order once we’ve received your proof approval. Most orders are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please take into account holidays and weekends when estimating your order arrival time.

We ship all orders via USPS and only currently ship to the United States. We are, however, working on launching international and expedited shipping options, so stay tuned!

 

Copyrighted Images

 

If you wish to use copyright protected photographs in your order, please obtain a copyright release from your photographer. After placing your order, please email us the copyright releases.

In purchasing photo gifts that contain copyrighted images, you agree to hold harmless and defend Access a Print for all prices, expenses, attorney’s fees and judgments resulting from any claims that the work produced violates any copyright or other proprietary right of any individual.
